I have always made art. I do not know what else I could or would want to do. I also am a gardener. I love to be with nature. That is where I am most content. I have always had animals as a major part of my life. I have 2 dogs now that I take on walking trips in nature everyday. I paint the places I go with the dogs. Or I paint in my garden. When the weather is to forbidding to be out doors I paint from photos I have taken. I am enjoying the camaraderie of the other members of the Top Drawers and I hope that all who visit the website will enjoy our art quests too.

I do not have a specific travel spot that I long for. As a resident of the great Northwest in the winter I long for the sunshine of any warmer climate. I am not the world traveler that most of the other members of the Top Drawers can claim to be. I loved Italy when I was there and did not want to leave. Now that I am home in Eugene, Oregon I am just as happy. The Northwest is unsurpassed for natural beauty. I do look forward to traveling more though, and painting new vistas.
